Last weekend, I arrived looking to satisfy my appetite with something highly recommended and loved by both locals and summer visitors. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional smile. My food arrived quickly—a smash burger served with house fries—and I was genuinely excited as it was placed in front of me, its aroma drawing me in.

However, when I cut into the burger, I was disappointed to see that it was quite red, more undercooked than I prefer. Before I could say anything, a staff member came by to check on me. I explained the issue, and she promptly offered to have it remade, which I appreciated.

A short while later, a new burger arrived. Unfortunately, after cutting into it, it seemed even less cooked than the first. The manager noticed and quickly stepped in with genuine concern. After I explained the situation, he immediately took action, offering me fries while I waited and suggesting I try something else. I opted for a vegetarian sandwich, and he quickly placed the order.

Not long after, my new dish arrived with an even more inviting aroma—and this time, everything was just right. I truly appreciated the team’s attentiveness, professionalism, and commitment to making things right.
